At Frédéric Pinet, each fine art print is custom-made to order with exceptional care and craftsmanship. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues

We take pride in the quality and condition of every piece we ship. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@fredericpinetfineart.com with your order number and supporting photos.

We will evaluate the issue and, if appropriate, offer a resolution or replacement at our discretion.

Quality & Authenticity

Each piece is printed to museum quality standards and undergoes a final inspection before shipment. Every print is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, verifying its originality as part of a limited series by Frédéric Pinet.

Exceptions

As every item is made to order, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges due to change of mind, sizing errors, or aesthetic preferences. This is standard within the fine art industry for custom and collectible works.
