Shipping policy

At Frédéric Pinet Art, every fine art print is made to order with precision and care. Our process ensures that each piece is a unique, collectible work of art—crafted, signed, and shipped with the utmost attention.

Made-to-Order Production Timeline

All prints are produced upon order, which allows us to maintain the highest level of craftsmanship and exclusivity. Each artwork is:

  • Printed using archival pigment ink on Baryta Hahnemühle fine art paper
  • Hand-signed, numbered, and dated by Frédéric Pinet
  • Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity

Please allow 10 to 20 business days from the date of your order for production to be completed. We will notify you by email once your artwork is ready for shipment.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We currently ship within the United States only. We work primarily with UPS and USPS, and the shipping carrier used will depend on the size and dimensions of your artwork.

Due to the delicate nature of fine art prints, we select the best shipping method to ensure your piece arrives safely and in pristine condition.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are not included at checkout. Instead, we calculate shipping once your order is completed and ready to ship, as rates vary based on:

  • Final package weight
  • Dimensions
  • Destination

You will receive an email with the final shipping cost and a payment link before your artwork is dispatched. Most shipping rates are modest and calculated on a case-by-case basis.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your shipping payment is received and the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the carrier's timelines.
